something for yourself. 6. Meditate. Meditation is an excellent habit to develop. It

Who Is Your Market and Where Are They?

By Sonia Colon An important part of planning your business is to know who will use your products/services. The vast majority of small businesses will rely on their communities for sales. It is in your best interest to get to know everything you can about your community, or the people who will use yor business. Please don't spend advertising dollars on people who don't want or need your products/services. First, find out who are your potential consumers. Find out by answering the following questions: * Are most of them female? * Are most of them male? * Are they an even mix of male & female? * What is their average income bracket? * Where would these consumers generally congregate? * What are their interests? * What is the average size? * What is their average age? * What type of work do they do? * Do they live in apartments, houses or rural areas? * What is the average family size? * Which radio stations would they most likely listen to? Answering these questions will enable you to define the physical limitations of your business and build a profile of your average consumer. Some of the most successful businesses know exactly who they are catering to. With the answers to the above questions, you can formulate marketing strategies aimed specifically at those consumers. Break it down into the types of people who live there, you will be able to make informed marketing decisions. Finding out the income levels of your average consumer is vital. Don't waste your time trying to sell expensive items to low-income consumers. Study, study, study your consumers habits. Once you have a better idea of who you are targetting, you can then research the best way to advertise and promote your business. Sonia Colon is owner of a successful

Bad Credit Cosmetic Surgery Loans

By [http://ezinearticles.com/?expert=Alec_Recce]Alec Recce Every person today wants to look the best may we say, this is the age of the looks. And why not? It is not uncommon to see the best looking females and the most well groomed males walk off with the best jobs if adequately qualified too. And if this is so important that it even helps enhance one's own image about oneself, a small amount of money must not desist you from going ahead with a surgery to look better not even if you do not have a good credit history. Looking at this strong upsurge in the cosmetic surgery industry around 10% year over year, doctors started developing the concept of global fee - an all inclusive fee paid for all (or most ) of what is required to perform a particular cosmetic surgery procedure. This would mostly contain the cost of medication, operation, hospitalization, post-operative accessories and post-operative care. And with this was the advent of cosmetic surgery loans as the option to cover the entire cost and pay it off in simple installments. The credit history of the borrower is important in this regard. With a good credit record, it is possible to find loans with interest rates up to 10% but with a poor credit record, the amount can be as high as up to 14 or 24%. Still, this should not stop someone from going ahead with the surgery and timely repayment would also enhance the credit record and the interest on the loan. Let us have a look at what constitutes a bad credit record. The most prominent reason is slipping on payments. This worsens the credit records of an individual. But the credit record would also be bad if there is no credit history at all. If there has been no loans taken, there are no credit records and when one goes to a lender's doorsteps, the rates charged are higher. This should not stop the individual from undergoing cosmetic surgery or taking a loan for that. What needs to be understood is that not taking a loan would not better the credit records. The only way out is to take the loan and then make timely repayments. This would increase the credit scores and the next time when a loan is required, it is available at a lesser interest rate. Before going ahead with a cosmetic surgery loan when in bad credit, one must be picky about the interest rate on offer and must investigate and choose the best in the market. Just because an individual does not have a credit record or has defaulted a couple of times does not mean accepting any rate that is offered. There are lenders who allow one to choose the person or hospital where the surgery would be performed. If such an option is available, it is best to choose one. To get the surgery done from a known person also is comforting, and one can be more sure of the exact expense requirements. Financial planning is a must also taking into account the regular repayments to be made. This is also enhance your credit history as a borrower and make future loans cheaper. Cosmetic surgery loans are available for amounts up to 25,000 or slightly more even for the unemployed. The period of these loans may vary from 2 to 5 years. It is usually possible to obtain one with no pre-payment penalty and one should look at these points in detail while signing on for a cosmetic surgery loan. Alec Reece has a way with dealing with loans for a long time. Writing articles is just a way to extend this to consumers and provide empowerment through information. All you have to do is read. Perceptions: How is Your Business Identity Perceived?

By Jan Verhoeff There was a point the perception of others online didnt matter much. Identity was surrounded by the whole person, and hiding from public view simply wasnt an issue. Public images were for political figure heads and the rest of common business leaders just didnt really make a difference.. Does it? A business associate, partner, or colleague should reveal authenticity and touchable reality. An out of reach professional image wont do them any good, and it wont accomplish any of your goals. An associate who promotes him or herself as perfect wont work for most businesses because we dont live in a perfect world. The symbolism doesnt appeal to anyone who works in todays professional circles. An associate who has some dirt on their hands, knows how to shovel some snow, change a tire, and manage the whole business, including the down in the dirt stuff isnt pretty, polished, and perfect, but they can get a lot done during the day. Work-at-home parents have children. When you call a home based business, kids may answer the phone. They will answer the phone like kids do, even though they know its a business phone and not all my clients realize you work from home. They may even use their favorite phone voice and say, Morris Mortuary you stab em we slab em. Whos your carcass today? If they do, youre welcome to embarrass the hair right off their heads. Just dont forget what you called about. It is business, after all. Dress for success. No matter what the job, theres a definite dress code. From early morning until night, todays professionals often fill many shoes, therefore when youre not sure what the day holds, dress for the weather and worst possible situation. You wont feel comfortable or accomplish anything if youre dressed for a summer board meeting, changing a tire you blew on an icy street driving to a meeting. Changing tires, scooping snow, and mowing the lawn are all often part of a work-at-home business persons day, so the working uniform most likely includes jeans and a sweatshirt in the winter or a tee-shirt in the spring. The code includes comfort, mobility, and durability. Be yourself. No matter where you work, the most important part of your identity is to be yourself. Just like a counterfeit $20, a person who is trying to be someone they are not sends up red flags in every court. Authenticity may not be verifiable in the early stages of doing business with a person, but before long any polish, white wash, and flair will begin to wear off and your dirty old mug will be shining through. When in doubt Just be you. Your business identity says who you are, all the time. If it isnt real, you wont be accepted, admired, or thought of as real either. Perception counts, be authentic or be nothing at all. Jan Verhoeff is a writer, a copywriter, and a marketer. The History of Engagement Rings and Wedding Bands

By Reno Charlton These days, many people take wedding bands and engagement rings for granted, and although they give these beautiful items of jewellery with integrity and love, they are often given with no real knowledge of the meaning behind them. Both wedding bands and engagement rings are very special items of jewellery; in fact, they are more than just jewellery - they are the symbols of many emotions and promises such as: Love Commitment Fidelity Eternity Honour
But where - and why - did these popular and sentimental pieces of jewellery stem from? The History Of Wedding Bands These items of jewellery have a history that spans many centuries and passes through many countries from all around the planet. Below, you will find a brief history of the wedding and engagement ring, as reported from country to country. EGYPTIANS The now-famous wedding band is thought to have originated in Ancient Egypt, where it is said that plant sections were fashioned in to circles to signify never-ending and immortal love. It was thought that the fourth finger (which we now know as the ring finger) contained a special vein that was connected directly to the heart, and therefore this became the official finger for the wedding band. ROMANS The Romans also agreed with the Egyptians with regards to the wedding ring finger and its meaning, but rather than offering wedding bands as a symbol of love, they awarded them as a symbol of ownership. Roman men would "claim" their woman with the giving of a ring. ASIANS / ARABS Puzzle rings were a complex type of jewellery that were once popular in Asia, and these jewels had the charming knack of being able to fall apart and put back together again - if you knew how to do this, of course. Wealthy Middle Eastern men then began to use these rings as wedding bands for their wives, who were often forced to wear a puzzle ring when their husband was away. The husband would know upon his return whether any of his wives had been disloyal by removing the ring whilst he was away, because the ring was designed to collapse upon removal and could only be put together again if you had the skill and knowledge required. EUROPEANS Several centuries ago, the Europeans became rather taken with what we would class as an engagement ring, but was then called a Poesy Ring. This ring was given to a loved one as a form of promise, and signified fidelity and love. The Poesy Ring was offered as a pledge of eternal togetherness, much as today's engagement rings are offered as a promise of eternal marriage. AMERICANS During Colonial times, all items of jewellery in America were prohibited due to their apparent moral worthlessness. Instead, a more practical thimble was given as a token of love and as a pledge of eternal togetherness. However, after they were married, the women tended to remove the bottom of their "engagement thimble" to form a type of ring. History Of Engagement Rings The engagement ring of today also has its own varied and interesting history, some of which is explored below. Engagement rings have been known by many different names, have symbolised a variety of different things and have not always been made of precious metals and stunning gems! GREEKS The ancient Greeks are thought to have been the forerunners in the rising of the traditional engagement ring. Given as a token of care and affection, the rings used by the Greeks were known as betrothal rings and were given before marriage. However, the giving of these rings was not always a pre-requisite to marriage and was often given in the same way as a friendship ring might be given today. ROMANS As seen by their use of the wedding ring, ancient Romans weren't the most sentimental of people, and the early version of their "engagement ring" were thought to have carved keys on them. It has been debated that this could have been to symbolise the woman's right to access and own half of everything following marriage. However, the more sentimental like to think that the key may have been a key to her husband's heart. ROYALTY AND THE AFFLUENT Engagement rings as we know them today - stunning gems encased in precious metals - became popular in around the fourteenth or fifteenth century, when the affluent and the royals began to exchange and wear these jewels. However, these items were so expensive that nobody other than the royals and the rich could afford to exchange them. It was to be many centuries before these engagement rings would become more popular or traditional. Why a ring? The purpose of engagement rings and wedding bands is to convey deep emotions of eternal love, eternal happiness, eternal commitment, and eternal togetherness. In fact, these rings signify eternity - between the giver and the recipient. A ring, of course, is a complete circle with no break and no end or beginning, which means that it just goes on and on - it is eternal. And, since folklore has it that the fourth finger of the left hand has a vein leading directly to the heart, it is only natural that both engagement and wedding rings would be worn on this particular finger, which was once reputed to be a direct route to the heart. Summary In short, it is clear that the giving of a ring in honour of a union, betrothal, and marriage has been going on since ancient times, and although it may not always have been as glamorous and romantic as it is today, it was still a way of exchanging a contract of betrothal or marriage. Thankfully, today's wedding bands and engagement rings are not made of hair, grass, plants or twine as they may have been in ancient times, but of beautiful metals set with stunning gems, such as platinum, titanium, white gold, gold, sapphires, diamonds, rubies and emeralds. These incredible items of jewellery are likely to remain as popular as ever as the centuries go by, and even as the rest of the world advances in to a futuristic and technological age, it's hard to imagine a day where a beautiful diamond engagement ring doesn't melt the heart of its recipient. Why Home owners are looking for Unsecured Loans

By [http://ezinearticles.com/?expert=Kate_Ross]Kate Ross Homeowners, usually customers of secured loans, realized that the risk of repossession can exceed the benefits of secured loans and thus have decided to opt for unsecured loans. This is due to the fact that the benefits of secured loans can also be obtained by homeowners when applying for unsecured loans. Unsecured Loans are not that Risky Lenders that deal with unsecured loans do not have the right to collect money directly from the enforced sell of a borrowers asset. However the lender still holds the ability to pursue legal actions against the borrower in order to recover his money. That being said, applicants must understand that unsecured loans do not offer the possibility to be left unpaid.
The sum offered in unsecured loans is lower compared to the amount of money you can get from secured loans. Usually this kind of loans is used for going on vacation, buying furniture, paying off bills and other debts, etc. In order to get an unsecured personal loan, applicant ought to have a good credit history. This is due to the fact that there is a high risk involved in this kind of transactions for the lender and since there is no asset guaranteeing the loan. The borrowers personal credit will be the guarantee. What if I have Bad Credit If someone with bad credit wants to apply for an unsecured loan, he should get help from a mediator that will be able to assist in the filling of the application and the prior correction of some credit problems that are drawbacks at the time of applying. Repayment can take between 1 and 25 years, depending on the loan amount. You need to shop around and see what your options are. Usually applicants benefit from certain flexibility on the system of repayment, you should choose the scheme that best suits your needs and that which wont turn into an unbearable burden in the future. When applying for any kind of loan, and particularly for unsecured loans, you should pay special attention to the APR. Since the interest rate is usually higher in unsecured loans, you should compare what the lenders have to offer and try to find the lender that offers the lowest rate. Where to search You must research till you can find a good deal. The best alternative is to use the resources that internet provides. Youll find many online companies offering access to a wide variety of lenders dealing with unsecured loans. Concentrate on the APR, costs and fees to see if the loans are too expensive or not and watch the repayment plan and monthly installments to see if the loan suits your needs. Emergency Fast Cash Advance - Quick Online Approvals with Payday Loans

By [http://ezinearticles.com/?expert=Carrie_Reeder]Carrie Reeder Need emergency cash? Applying for a quick payday loan online will
provide you with the necessary funds to handle a crisis. Getting quick cash
has never been easier. Moreover, online cash advance companies offer
privacy and convenience. There are several advantages to getting a quick
personal loan. Here are a few tips to help you understand how cash
advance loans work. Why Get a Cash Advance Loan? Payday loans are used for a variety of purposes. Essentially, those
applying for a loan are financially strapped, and need extra money until
payday. Unexpected expenses will arise regardless of income. Although
some people attach a negative stigma to cash advances, these loans are
useful and a sensible solution to short-term cash problems. Cash advances can be used to pay a utility bill, medical bill, car
repair, etc. Typical loan amounts vary. On average, cash advance loans are
up to $500. Because short-term loans are due within two weeks,
borrowing a small sum is wise. If a loan applicant needs a bigger loan, there
are loan companies willing to approve personal loans up to $1500. How Do Online Cash Advance Lenders Work? Online cash advance loan companies offer instant approvals and funds
within an hour. Upon completing your loan application, and faxing
documents to confirm stated information, the loan company will send an
approval notification through email. Within a few hours, the funds are
automatically deposited into your checking account. If your loan approval
occurs on the weekend, the funds are deposited on the next business day. Before accepting a loan, applicants must carefully read the loan
application. Each state requires payday loan companies to include fees on the
loan application. For every $100 borrowed, applicants can expect to pay
$15 to $30. The loan amount plus fees must be paid in full within two
weeks. If you apply for a 30-day loan, fees are doubled. You have the
option of repaying the loan before the due date. If not, the loan company
will deduct the funds from your checking or savings account on the due
date. It is important to repay a cash advance loan on time. Penalties include
additional interest, plus late fees. If you are unable to repay the
loan, contact the loan company and extend the cash advance term. Do You Really Want to Work There?

By Joseph Turner Most job search approaches are Ready! Fire! Aim! Don't do it. Do your company research FIRST. What happens in the real job search world is that most job searchers in
the interest of generating a lot of search "activity" will throw a lot
of resumes against the wall and see what sticks. Knowing that job
search is a numbers game, the thinking is that a certain percentage
will fall your way, so why not stack the deck up front and follow up
with those that "stick"? Here are two big problems with that thinking: 1. Having not done the basic research beforehand, should a call come
through for an initial phone screen, you are caught dead in the water
if you don't even have any basic knowledge about either the company or
the job opportunity. Not only do you look foolish, you're now toast.
You've just been ruled out of contention after a 5-minute phone call
and your resume has just been thrown on the reject pile as the
interviewer moves on to the next candidate to call. 2. Your resume is an application for working at this company. If you
haven't put any forethought into the reality of this possibility, when
are you planning to do so? Waiting until after you have interviewed for
this position could put you in a more emotionally vulnerable state.
Feeling more desperate to make some change now, you tend to overlook
certain negatives that creep up once you get caught up in the
excitement of the interview process and the possibilities of change.
Here's an example from my own career: Many years ago I was working for
a large pharmaceutical company and desired a change to a more dynamic
company. After a few months of being "available", I had an opportunity
to work for a company I knew little about. I interviewed and let myself
get caught up in the excitement and ignored the nagging doubts that
told me the job responsibilities were not right. I accepted the job
offer, and spent most of the next 11 months hating my new job. It was a
great company, just a bad fit with my personality. I knew this AFTER I
started interviewing, but I found it hard to say no. If I had done my
research ahead of time, I never would have considered this opportunity. Lesson: Research BEFORE you leap when you're calm and rational and can
focus your time and energy on those specific companies and
opportunities where you'll feel more of a fit. You should answer these basic questions: How large is the company? What products/services do they offer? Who are their competitors? Where do they rank in their market? What is their financial situation? The advantages of knowing this information up front puts you in a power
position when you DO receive a call from an employer. You're now in a
position to talk intelligently about the company, their opportunity,
their products, and use this information to generate a knowledgeable
conversation with your caller. This signifies interest and gets you to
the next stage: a more in-depth phone screen or a face-to-face
interview. Here are some resources to get this information: Corporate Websites (see also their Press Release section). Hoovers, Thomasnet. The Reference Section of your local public library. Standard & Poors. The Business Journal, local trade or business papers (see your
library). Talk with people (social software, network). Be current on a company before you even send your resume. Find out
earlier rather than later whether you would actually like to work for a
particular company. It can make all the difference if you do the
legwork up front rather than leaving it to chance late in the interview
stage. As a recruiter, Joe Turner makes it easy to quickly land that next job with insider tips from top recruiters. Choosing The Best Cell Phone Antenna For Home

By [http://ezinearticles.com/?expert=Tomaz_Mencinger]Tomaz Mencinger Many types of cell phone antenna are available for home use. It can be hard to choose between them if you don't have enough information. You can get some advice from your wireless service provider. You can also look up information on cell phone antennas online, through search engines and other resources. Your available choices include cell phone signal booster antennas, large antennas, and a whole range of products in between. Cell phone antennas or cell phone boosters can boost the reception of your wireless phone. This makes for fewer dropped calls and less static in your calls. When using the phone in an elevator or tunnel, the booster can be the difference between having a clear, audible phone call and a dropped or staticky one. Cell phone boosters are available for home use as well. There's a wide variety of products available, and some are better than others. Cell phone antennas function because they're tuned to a specific frequency. However, this frequency doesn't reach all homes equally. Some people's houses may be badly located, so a booster can help you to get a good signal. Cell phone antenna boosters are easy for anyone to use. They work by enchancing the signals going into and coming out of your phone. This results in a clearer call and better reception in places where the signal is usually poor. Dual and tri band cell phone antenna boosters are available for home use, both 800 and 900 MHz, and in analog and digital formats. Many people keep their land lines, despite not wanting to have one, because their cell phone won't work well in their house. Because of this unreliability, they acquire monthly land line costs in addition to their cellular bill. A booster could solve these problems and reduce their expenses. If you do decide to get a cell phone antenna booster to use in your home, you'll be able to use your phone inside, instead of making calls on the porch or in the yard. Some boosters are available in very affordable ranges - under ten dollars! Many of the cheapest kind don't work very well, but the midrange cell phone boosters are affordable and reliable. Those with special needs might decide to spring for the high-end models, which can run up to several hundred dollars. A few dollars could save you hundreds over the course of a few years, just by not having to maintain a land line. A cell phone antenna booster also prevents you from dropping calls, having to listen to the crackle and pop of static, and missing vital business calls. Investing in a cell phone booster antenna could really make the difference in the quality of your calls. Tomaz loves and researches modern technology information and gadgets. Filing A Mesothelioma Lawsuit

By Craig Rowe Mesothelioma is a deadly cancer that is caused by exposure to asbestos fibers, and this cancer can reduce lifespan to a matter of months from the onset of symptoms. Over recent years, the number of mesothelioma cases coming to light has risen quite dramatically, and in line with this, the number of mesothelioma lawsuits being filed has also increased. Because mesothelioma lawsuits have become such big business, many law firms and lawyers now specialize in this area, making it easier for those affected by this disease to get the legal assistance they need to file a mesothelioma lawsuit. The first thing to remember about filing a mesothelioma lawsuit is that you have to act quickly. Each state operates within a statute of limitation, which means that those affected by this disease have a certain time within which to act. These statutes of limitation apply to both affected parties and to relations that may be filing a mesothelioma lawsuit in the event that the affected party has already passed away. The faster you act with regards to getting legal assistance the better. Filing your mesothelioma lawsuit as early as possible could make the difference between a successful and unsuccessful compensation claim. Many people worry about the cost of filing a mesothelioma lawsuit, but the majority of mesothelioma lawyers and law firms now operate on a contingency fee basis. This means that clients do not have to pay any money up front, and the lawyer takes his fee from any compensation awarded as a result of the mesothelioma lawsuit. If no compensation is awarded, then you do not have to pay any fees for the legal action that has been taken. An experienced mesothelioma lawyer will be able to offer advice on the likely success of your mesothelioma lawsuit based upon your own individual circumstances. Although it is impossible to predict how much will be awarded as part of the mesothelioma lawsuit, an experienced lawyer will be able to draw on experience from past cases to give you an idea of how much you might get. The compensation received as a result of filing a mesothelioma lawsuit is designed to cover a range of costs. Compensation often runs into six figures for claimants, and this is to cover medical expenses, pain and suffering, and also to secure a financially stable future for their families. Make Your Wedding Trule Memorable

By Jim Sniechowski We know you want your gown to be gorgeous, your flowers beautiful, and your party joyous,
and they will be. But will your guests will you remember those things several weeks later? As disappointing as this may seem, that's not what people will be talking about even the day after. Nor is it what you'll be talking about over dinner together on your first wedding anniversary. It's your unique ceremony, your special vows, your creative personal touches that will make your wedding unlike any other. That's what will make your wedding exceptional and truly memorable. That's what people will talk about for months afterwards. Why? Because they will have been touched. They will have been moved by the depth of your heartfelt commitment, your vulnerable, emotionally sweet connection. So, what feels right for you? What will express your special love, publicly demonstrating the real romance you share? ** Perhaps you'd like to write secret love letters to each other and read them during your ceremony. ** You might want to share some of your favorite memories of each other from the early weeks of your budding love. ** Your vows could include a few reasons why you love each other. When you express your unique one-of-a-kind love in front of those who've come to witness your transformation into a new life, it reinforces their certainty that you know what you are doing, and you are ready for marriage. That's the kind of teary-eyed joy your guests want to feel about you and your future together. And those are the kinds of treasured memories you and your guests will talk about for years to come. If youre ready for a wedding guide that honors both bride and groom and gives you permission to create the wedding of your dreams from engagement through the honeymoon, Judith Sherven

Generic Medicines

By [http://ezinearticles.com/?expert=Andy_Casasanta] Andy Casasanta Generic Drugs Generic Online Pharmacies started making a big impact on the net since the mid to late 90's. This has allowed the prescription drug buyer to save hundreds with the click of a mouse. Generics really slash the prices on prescription drugs and medications because they do not carry brand names but they are essentially the same drug.As the cost of prescription drugs and medications continue to soar, more and more Americans are choosing Generic Pharmacies to maintain their quality of life. Buying prescription drugs and medications through Generic Pharmacies is a true alternative to paying the high medication prices that a bricks and mortar pharmacy would charge. What are Generic Drugs? A generic pharmaceutical drug is identical to a brand name drug in safety, strength and quality. Even though generics are identical to brand name drugs, they are typically sold at substantial discounts from the branded price.Typically savings of atleast 50 to 70 per cent can be saved for the average consumer It has been estimated that generic drugs save consumers an estimated $8 to $10 billion a year at retail pharmacies. Even more when hospitals use generics. Are Generic Drugs Safe One of the most common concerns about purchasing Generic Drugs from online pharmacies is the safety of the drugs, and the safety of the patients ordering them.In most cases, generic drugs are considered safe due to the testing process used by the Food and Drug Administration and must meet or exceed all strict quality control standards, in compliance with WHO international guidelines. If brand-name drugs and generic drugs have the same active ingredients, why do they look different? Trademark laws do not allow a generic drug to look like the brand-name drug. However, a generic drug must duplicate the active ingredient. Colors, flavors, and certain other inactive ingredients may be different. Does every brand-name drug have a generic counterpart? No. Brand-name drugs are generally given patent protection for 20 years from the date of submission of the patent. Are generic drugs as strong as brand-name drugs? Yes. FDA requires generic drugs to have the same quality as brand-name drugs. Do generic drugs take longer to work in the body? No. Generic drugs are basically the same in quality, strength, purity as brand-name drugs. More and more people each day are taking advantage of the savings that Generic Pharmacies offer. Purchasing your prescription drugs and medications from Generic Pharmacies or internet pharmacies has never been easier. Submitted by Mr Andy Casasanta. Author of this article and the creator of a tremendous health and pharmacy website. In this site you will find up to 40 health articles, a 7000 reciprocal link exchange page, and Generic medications. Search Your Dream Mate - Internet Dating

By Jane Jwaltz Thanks to Internet! Internet has given a phenomenal reach to people across the world. The speed of communication has beat limits of any technological change that has come about earlier. It has brought about a paradigm into picture that has changed the lives of millions all across. Internet: New Meeting Place The interactive Internet has brought about a change in how people think, thanks to huge transmission of information that is taking place. The Net has undoubtedly become a meeting ground for the people. The messaging is electric fast, far removed from the painfully slow snail mail, and it comes packed with anonymity if one wants so. The wonders of Internet has transferred the social lives of people and consequently relationship building process what we call dating or in terms of being online on www it is called online dating. All benefits of Internet automatically transfer down to this match dating process or Internet dating. Along with benefits come loads of issues pertaining to one's safety and security Vis a Vis the option of anonymous existence that the Net offers to its users. Coming straight to the point there may be a devil lurking in the adult photo personals ads that you would seek on dating site to make a match on Net. The profiles can be anonymously added to the online personals, as is the norm in order not to disclose your identity in the first instance to all members. However, one aspect should be clear after you have judged on the surface the true nature of your prospective date you should disclose him or her, your identity whence you decide to meet, or earlier, if sufficient confidence building has taken place. A relationship is in offing for you now. However, this may not happen on some occasions, for there may be a cheat in your contact who may not be interested in an honest relationship or in being a reliable partner. He/she may be there in for using you for any purpose from extracting personal information to sexually abusing you or he/she may be a criminal in for some malicious act. Dating Live on Net One has to be cautious when dating online since face-to-face meeting may come after very little communication has taken place online. There are few safety precautions you can take while meeting a relatively unknown person that will make your online experience in dating a happy one. Make Your Dating Safe and Secure First, be sure you are a member of a reliable online dating service, which has some means of screening profiles, or verifying personal information or contact details. Check profiles in other dating sites if possible for a con usually will be in other personals ads displaying a different profile and if so then distance you immediately.
When in communication with a prospective date online remember never to give personal details of financial nature, your home address and those relating to whatever weak points you may have or difficulties you may be going through at that time for these can be exploited easily by a professional con. At some point or other, your personal email Id may have to be given or perhaps a contact telephone numberjust limit yourself to that. When you decide to meet, remember the meeting should be organized in a busy restaurant or some public place, never at a lonely spot or personal dwellings. If things do not work out to your liking, you can make a safe exit from there. Try to fix first few meetings in day hours to be safer, a lunch date is not a bad idea at all. Always keep your friends and or relatives informed about your movement so that help can come if things get uneasy. Try to find out more details about the person through communication and from his work place, friends network, or whatever methods you can employ-it pays to play safe. Find an Exciting Date You may have a romantic date find, just the one you have been in quest for. Nevertheless, romance or sex at first instance is a strict no. You do not wish to fall in arms of and already married person or a sex addict. After the initial lure is over you can develop ignorance or intense dislike for the person, so it is better to make sure, before you take a plunge into any commitment, discreet or open relationship. Internet dating is great fun and productive if you take some basic precautions. It is a better method for discovering dream dates than the conventional methods employed before the advent of Net. So go ahead and succeed. I am a freelance writer and web designer. I have published number of article online on Internet. I have written on Internet dating, dating in general, adult Internet personals and relationship. Need Money For A New Car? Take A Car Loan

By [http://ezinearticles.com/?expert=Khevin_Anderson]Khevin Anderson So okay. Let us all keep in mind that not all people have the cash readily available to purchase a car. What some people do is they try to save their earnings and purchase a car when they have the complete amount available. On the other hand, some people would opt to borrow money so as to be able to buy a new one. Of course, if you would like to have a car loan, you should have sufficient income as well as a good credit rating. Or else, you may not have approval for a car loan. So how do you get a car loan? The first thing you should do would be to choose the car that you would like to purchase. Then, negotiate a price with the seller or the auto dealer. At least, you would be able to know how much you really would have to prepare for this vehicle you are eyeing. It is now time for you to do your own research. Go through the Internet and look for loan rates all across the country. Compare the rates with those that your bank, credit union, or car dealer offers. Or you can also try checking how much would be your current cars worth as a trade-in. Then try checking your own finances. See how much you can actually shell out as down payment. When you have chosen the company or business where you would be applying for your car loan, contact the company. Of course, you would be finding the right one that would provide you with the best rates as well as the right amount of length of your loan and provides you the chance to have monthly payments that fit your budget. Falling Off the Weight Wagon

By Ralph Famiglietta I was all pumped up to shred some pounds so I went to a health food store, stocked up on meal replacement shakes, vitamins and snack bars loaded my garage with bottled water and began my journey to thinness. My effort was serious enough to warrant putting pictures of my fat self on the fridge and even storing a digital image on my cell phone so I would see my waistline with every call! Three weeks into my self imposed program I was carrying my water bottle everywhere, rolling along with a new energy and renewed self confidence - actually feeling good. Then it happened, a personal crisis, stress and a three day business trip out of range of my healthy eating habits. Nothing helped I felt like a climber slipping down his rope on his way to the mountain top.
The snacking started and followed by those Carb raids late in the night! Losing weight is real hard especially when youre a senior getting back into the regimen is harder than starting a weight loss program. I've come to the conclusion that no matter what diet you try, food products you buy or motivational speakers you listen to, it comes down to personal control... simply put - It's Mind Over Blubber! weightshredders.com Ralph Famiglietta

Business Loans from Family - A Good Idea?

By [http://ezinearticles.com/?expert=Peter_Viliamu]Peter Viliamu Can I Ask my Family for a Loan to Pay Off my Debts?
Debt has always had a degree of shame attached to it and admitting to having problems with debt is like saying you don't know how to handle your own affairs. Some people may get into a situation where unless they get immediate financial help there is a possibility of losing their family home, or their business. One option is to ask your family for help. Asking for financial help is always a tough decision, but sometimes it is the best option. In most cases a loan from the family would be interest free, but it is a good idea to add on interest or include something extra when the loan is repaid. Remember, that any money loaned to you from a family member would have earned interest for that person, so it is a good idea to recompense in some way equal to the interest lost. The important thing is that if you borrow from your family they must be repaid. Put in place a plan that will enable repayment of that debt, plus interest if necessary, within a particular time. Don't take the loan for granted and don't at any time "use" your family. Any losses you cause to your family will bring about irreparable damage to the relationships, as well as financial losses to the members concerned. Loans among Family Members
If you borrow money from a family member, one of the steps you should take to avoid trouble is to clearly document that the money has been received as a loan. You should also document that it is received with or without interest payable. It is a good idea to document things because that family member or you could die and the details of the loan would be hard to put together. It doesn't have to be a legal document, but it should clearly outline who is the lender and who is the borrower and the amounts concerned. It should also outline the interest payable and the repayments that have to be made, either monthly or quarterly. The final thing it should contain is the date the loan should be repaid by. Make sure the document clearly establishes that it is not a gift, but that it is a loan. There are a few things that create problems within families and destroy relationships more than loans that are made and not repaid. Set out a plan for repayment and keep to it. Top 5 In-Demand Careers

By Brian Bowman Are you searching for a career field that is challenging, interesting, and needs qualified workers? Before you decide which path to choose, take a few minutes to consider five of the most in-demand careers areas. These areas are, according to the Bureau of Labor Statistics (BLS), going to experience high growth and demand for workers over the next ten years. 1. Education and health services The BLS estimates that between now and the year 2014, fully 30% of all jobs created in the U.S. will come from the healthcare and educational services arena. Examples of specific careers that are included in this employment sector are: * Registered nurse * Medical assistant * Radiology technician * Medical imaging * Social services * Childcare * Teaching * Educational support Healthcare in particular is already experiencing an extreme shortage of qualified workers, and the problem will only get worse as time goes by. Anyone who chooses a career in healthcare is likely to have excellent employment opportunities well into the future. 2. Professional and business services This area encompasses many career choices that cover a wide range of professional and business functions. Among the careers that fall into this category are: * Business administration * Employment services * Computer systems design * System administration * Cyber security * Management consulting * Technical consulting The main driver for this sector is the increasing complexity of doing business in the modern world. The integration of business and technology will continue to explode, creating many opportunities for people who want to manage or support such integration efforts. 3. Information We live in the age of information, and the demand is increasing for workers who can develop, run and support the information economy. Careers in this category include: * Software publishing * Internet publishing * Internet broadcasting * Internet service providers * Web search portals * Data processing and analysis * Telecommunications technicians * Wireless services * Broadband internet services The information sector is not about to shrink, as our world becomes increasingly information-dependent. A good option to consider is any career that contributes to the development, operation and innovation of information technology and services. 4. Leisure and hospitality The combination of population growth and increasing affluence means U.S. demand for leisure and hospitality services will continue to grow for the foreseeable future. A wide variety of careers fit into this category, including: * Recreation planning * Fitness training * Gambling and other amusement-related positions * Food services * Hotel management * Travel planning Leisure and hospitality is one category that holds a great deal of promise for anyone who chooses to pursue career options in its many fields and disciplines. 5. Trade, transportation and utilities This category as a whole will show strong growth over the next ten years, but it is a bit of a mixed bag when you take a closer look. Some specific segments within this category are projected to decline in demand over time, so it is important to understand which careers hold the most promise. Careers that are projected to increase in demand include: * Truck transportation services * Warehousing services * On-demand transport * Retail services * Water engineers * Water and sewage operations * Waste remediation management As business continues to focus on improving efficiency through better management of inventory and transportation activities, the role of the trucking industry and inventory control/storage management will increase. The emphasis will continue to be on just in time manufacture, transportation and delivery of goods. Putting it all together Choosing a career field that will be in demand in the years to come is an important process. There are many sources of information on projected demand for different industries and career fields, so you should do some research and consult multiple resources. Be cautious, though, about the resources that you select because some are reputable and others are not. In general, projections and information from government and business organizations are more likely to be accurate than projections and information from a job search engine or a web site promoting the sale of its career building products and services. When it comes to selecting a career, it is well worth the time and effort it takes to research, gather information and talk to career experts across a variety of industries. Five Tips For Acing A College Presentation

By Chris Stout In college, you will have to give class presentations from time to time. Be prepared to speak in front of the class in an interesting and engaging way. Here are five tips for acing a college presentation. 1. Dont be the first person to give a presentation. Sit back and relax. Watch others go before you. Find out what works with their presentations, and consider where you think these presentations fell short. Learn from the mistakes of others, and dont repeat them when its your turn to go. If you have more time to work, and more examples to learn from, you cant help but put together an excellent presentation. 2. Include multimedia displays. Dont just stand and talk. Mix it up with multimedia. Have audio and visual features in your presentation. Create a well-rounded display of ideas and info in multiple formats. Refuse to let your audience get bored with you by offering constant outlets for their continued attention. 3. Talk about controversial material. Challenge something, and replace it with original thinking. When you give a presentation in college, you need to find a way to be unique. Youre instructor or section leader will be forced to sit through countless presentations. If you want to earn an excellent grade, you have to be memorable. Dont just say what you think everyone wants to hear. In fact, a good rule of thumb is to do just the opposite. Identify what your audience will anticipate, and give them something completely different. 4. Pass out informational souvenirs. Have something for the class to keep themselves busy with. If you are standing up there looking at a bunch of bored students whove already given their own presentations, then you need to find a way to involve them in the material that you are representing. Pass out fact sheets, pictures and other reference material. Give your audience an informative distraction thatll increase their attention level. Let them take the souvenir with them after class so that they can be constantly reminded about the original presentation that they were just exposed to. 5. Really get to know your material. If you stand before your class and just read off some prepared statements, your presentation will be stale. Talk about what youve learned in a conversational manner. Prepare a list of issues to discuss, and then just casually make mention of them as you go. The more natural your approach is, the more your audience will respond to the material thats being presented. The more relaxed you are with the subject matter, the more likely you will be seen as an expert. If your professors and fellow students think that youre an expert, you cant help put get in A in your presentation. If youve done your homework, youll have the confidence to give an excellent presentation. True Friendships Are Special Gifts That Last Lifetimes

By JD Wilson This is sage advice for those who have been fortunate enough to find that one true friendship. Or perhaps you have maintained friendships from your days in elementary school. Whatever the case, friends are previous gifts we give to ourselves. As children, friendships are vitally important, most notably as it relates to the socialization process. Meeting a new friend the first day of school is essential, especially if one is particularly shy. Perhaps another girl would sense the shyness and offer a hand in friendship. Forming friendships with others from different cultures enhances a childs early experiences as well, and plants a seed that is healthy and which can be nurtured throughout life. But, preserving friendships are often difficult, even under the best of circumstances. Whether a friend moves away; or leaves school; or becomes ill, it is especially hard on a child. They are resilient, however, and somehow cope with the loss. As the child becomes a teen, the word friendship takes on a different connotation. While some teens exhibit the closeness and bonding prevalent during their parents day; others are not so conducive to this type of friendship. Instead, they form gangs which they refer to as their family, and commit acts which were unheard of twenty or thirty years ago. It makes one wonder if this type of friendship is born out of a home where caring and nurturing is non-existent. Or has peer pressure to act and dress a certain way erased all that was taught in the early years of their childhood. Girls become vicious to each other; more so than boys, and its inconceivable that a meaningful true friendship exists in that environment. Perhaps as we grow older, the child in us returns to the very first day we attended school.
We appreciate and value the friends weve made in our adult life because they ground us; keep us balanced; watch out for us; protect us; care and help us when needed. True friendships require no expectations; they are unconditional by nature, and bring out the very best of who we are. We rely on each other for comfort; rant and rave knowing our friend will simply listen; discuss issues which we are passionate about, knowing we will be understood. Laugh together; cry together; then eat ice cream while laughing all the more. How rare is that kind of friendship? How blessed are we to have a true friend who will allow us to be who we are, without judgment. Yes, very rare indeed. As we reach our golden years, our friends may have passed on, but the memories are still intact. We take out the old scrapbook and reminisce as we thumb through familiar pictures. Suddenly, we laugh and look to one side saying, Remember then stop. A single tear falls down our cheek. We look up and smile because the years have not taken away the recollections of our youthful days, nor has the light of true friendship been extinguished. Need more free relationship information? Safety for Construction Workers

By Brian Medini Working in the construction industry can be dangerous. The nature of the work carries risks, and accidents can result in serious injuries or even death. OSHA (Occupational Safety and Health Administration) law requires employers to provide a work place that is safe and free from hazards. Yet, everyday construction workers face dangers that threaten their health and lives. According to OSHA, each year

A 1000 workers die in construction related accidents
A quarter of a million workers suffer injuries resulting in lost work days
Construction accidents cost the industry $13 billion in workers compensation cost alone

OSHA statistics also show that 90% of the fatalities occur in four categories

Caught between objects
Struck by objects
Electrocution
Falls

These accidents are, therefore, preventable and can be avoided with the proper safety training, precaution, and common sense. Construction work can indeed be dangerous. The line between a near miss and a fatality is thin. Although, the government will enforce safety and health laws and employers have an obligation to provide a safe and healthy workplace, it is still your responsibility, and you owe it to yourself and your loved ones, to stay safe and out of harms way. Government regulators and inspectors cannot be present at construction sites at all times and, due the nature of the construction business, employers cannot guarantee a 100% safe work place. Simple things such as a change in the weather or the momentary inattention of a fellow worker can lead to a dangerous situation in an instant. With the proper safety training, awareness of your rights and responsibilities, and vigilance against hazardous work conditions you can reduce, if not eliminate altogether, your risk of being injured at work. Here are some things you can do.

Take advantage of training programs provided by your employer, your union, and your safety society.
Observe safety rules and regulations at all times.
Know your equipment and use them correctly.
Wear and use the right personal protective equipment at all times.
Use proper barriers and guards always.
Don't take short cuts with fire, electrical, or fall protection safety equipment.
Be sure to crib, block and secure all loads as soon as possible.
Take the time to do the job correctly.
Report unsafe work conditions.
Refuse to work in unsafe conditions.
Watch a free construction safety video online by visiting http://www.osha-slc.gov/SLTC/video/constructionsafety/video.html
Above all, be alert. It's your life and health that is at risk.

If you notice a hazardous situation at work you should bring it to the immediate attention of your employer, your craft steward, or OSHA. To report an emergency, fatality, or imminent life threatening situation to OSHA call 1-800-321-OSHA (6742), TTY 1-877-889-5672. To report other unsafe work conditions contact your local OSHA regional office. You can file a report online or by fax, mail, and telephone. Schemes, Themes & Wedding Dreams - How To Create A Wedding Day Color Scheme Or Theme

By Kristi Richardson Well, first we need to define the difference between a Scheme and a Theme. While many people use the term interchangeable, each has a subtle difference. The dictionary defines scheme as an elaborative systematic plan of action. This is true. However, in the world of event planning scheme is usually related to a chosen color palette, while a theme is a unifying idea with reoccurring elements. Such as, tropical paradise, east meets west, down home country, etc.
Now that we understand the difference lets outline a few easy steps to help you create your own personal color scheme or theme. 1. Create a budget. Try not to groan. As I know this is not the must fun part about planning your wedding, it is extremely important. Now, the more detail the better, but dont worry if you dont think of everything. Why? a. We need to have a general idea of how much you can afford on your event. This budget will help you from overspending and help you focus on your decorative elements later. b. Step up your general categories: Ceremony, Reception, Bridal Attire, and assign costs to them. c. What if I dont know how much I should assign? Ask yourself: What can I afford and I am comfortable spending on this event as a total number. Then research typically cost breakdowns (in percentages) and do the math. As a buffer add 10% 2. Envision your ideal wedding day. If you had an unlimited budget, imagine what your perfect wedding day would be like. A country affair, complete with the steeple church on the hill, an uptown chic wedding in a loft overlooking the city or a private party down by the beach. Once you have the big picture you can start to break down the little details into manageable pieces. a. Heres a great exercise. With your fianc, friend or other family member helping you, close your eyes, and answer the question, What would your ideal wedding day be? While your helper writes down what your are envisioning. Then continue the exercise, by going back and elaborating on each section of the weddinggetting dressed, the ceremony and the reception. b. Ladies, dont forget about your fianc. And guys, play along. Trust me, this is how you can help.
After you review your vision, you may see some overlapping styles start to emerge. 3. Infuse your own style. This is where you can reflect the personalities of you and your partner by taking your ideal day and personalizing it. For ideas on how to add personality to your wedding day, ask you and your spouse the following questions. a. What are our hobbies? b. Where did we meet? c. What are our favorite colors? d. What profession are we currently in? e. Do either of us have a nickname? f. What is the season we are getting married in? Then select the answer that means the most to both of you. Now, notice how I didnt say answers. A word of caution here, a single theme/scheme is easy to plan and will create cohesiveness.
A theme may have emerged, by now.. 4. Prepare a Storyboard. What is a storyboard? A story board is a collage (grouping) of ideas representing your envisioned wedding day and your infused personalization selections. a. Create several headings on your storyboard to group ideas together. Such as attire, ceremony, reception and floral decor. b. Attach items such as ribbon samples, tiles, a silk flower, or any object that reflects your selected theme? c. Look through magazines, newspapers & websites, cutting out ideas that fit your color scheme/theme. d. Paste them to the board. 5. Select your color palette. Review what items are on your story board and look for reoccurring color combinations. Just remember this basic formula when selecting your colors: A dark color, a medium color, a light color and an accent color. So for example: Lets look at a theme displayed I like to call The Splendors of Summer. Dark color Sage, Medium Color yellow, Light Color Buff and Accent color Fuchsia. 6. Create a List of selected ideas. This list will become your action plan. a. Go through storyboard and select your favorite ideas. b. Research their costs. c. Add costs to your budget. d. Implement with normal timeline and track actual expenses. e. Revise as necessary. Your wedding will continue to evolve through each stage.
TIP
As a general rule of thumb, select one 1 to 3 ideas to be implemented at each phase of the wedding. This will help create a unified feeling throughout the whole event. In some cases it may be necessary to give explanation of a theme. This can be done on a program or announcement board. http://www.bloomedtolast.com Article Source: http://EzineArticles.com/?expert=Kristi_Richardson http://EzineArticles.com/?Schemes,-Themes-and-Wedding-Dreams---How-To-Create-A-Wedding-Day-Color-Scheme-Or-Theme&id=463174 buy xanax from mexico

Is Your Family A Team?

By Ted Segura Isnt it true that teamwork is very important for games such as Basketball, Baseball, Football and many more for them to win the game? Every time a player of a winning team gets interviewed after the game, he says Its Teamwork. Even someone like Michael Jordan believes in teamwork and he doesnt highlight any particular player as the star of the show. We know of companies that send their managers and employees to seminars that give trainings on teambuilding. As a human resource consultant, I highly recommend this because it will result to the efficiency of the company. It will be difficult for the company if one department cannot work well with another department. I recall one game we played on teambuilding. The game had to have 6 people walk together stepping on two wooden boards and the first person held on to the rope tied to it while the rest held each others waist. Just imagine 2 long skis with 6 people on top of it. We had to think and work together how to go to the end of the line without having to fall and win too. Because each one cooperated, we had no problem winning. But if each one did his way, what a disaster it would have been and someone could have gotten hurt too. I should say that we can highly apply this in the family. Wouldnt it be great if each member in the family played his part well in the task he is given at home just like a player? For example, when dad comes home from work, mom has already prepared a delicious meal, Ann, helped mom prepare the table and Liz and Joey are ready to help clean the dishes after. What a relax evening it would be for everyone particularly mom and dad. How about on a Saturday, dad would be so glad if Joey could help him out wash the car and bring out the garbage while Ann and Liz help mom on the laundry. Then when the work is done, everyone can spend the rest of the day enjoying a picnic or a movie together and the day wasnt wasted. Lets be creative and make it fun too for the children. This way they themselves will not feel that its all work. At the same time this builds discipline in each one just like the basketball players. Yes be a Family Team! Ted and Christine Segura have been involved in the topic of relationships for several years. They are seriously involved in an organization that helps couples and families in the areas of family life and enhancing relations.
